The candles were remade from existing electric candles, needing to be connected to a normally open push switch and be refitted to look like pillar candles instead of tapers. The Candles were needed for a synchronized mass blowing out of 12 candles. 4 candle shells were made by coating a plastic tube with melted wax.

Natasha, Pierre and The Great Comet of 1812 - 2025

Made from a remote controlled flickering electric candle. The Candle needed to be in direct sight of the remote to be turned on/off. The wax was shaped with layered hot glue dripping off the body. The candle could be removed to access the bottom and replace the batteries each night.
